Cancellation and Refunds

The Ultimate Dev Academy believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
For all the digital courses we offer a no-question asked 30-day refund policy. If you do not like the course content just send an email to [email protected] with your transaction details and we will provide you the refund.
We will not be able to provide any refunds/exchanges for live workshops/webinars.
For physical products, the cancellations can be made only within 12 hours of purchase. After that the cancellation request may not be entertained as we will initiate the process of shipping the items.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same at [email protected]. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same on our end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
For all the refunds approved by The Ultimate Dev Academy, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed.
